“We know how quickly the games come around so we need to pick ourselves up. It is good that we have got a game so soon. We need to look forward and not look back and dwell on the loss on Wednesday. We were on a good so we need to get back on track again.

“I suppose there are positives from the performance but at the same time we have dropped three points which is the most disappointing thing. You always try and take away the positives but it is still a defeat at the end of the day.

“It will be nice to be at home again with the fans behind us.

“We have gone on plenty of good winning runs in the past and that is what we will look to do again. We look to pick up tomorrow where we left off last week and not dwell on Wednesday. It is a massive three points and we know we will have a tough fight against Thistle. We are ready to go again.

“Almost everyone in the League has something to play for which is quite exciting. Thistle will be looking to push into the top six. It is very close with all the teams around there. The games against Thistle have been very tight so it is not going to be easy. Thistle are a good side. They like to pass the ball about and they move the ball about well. In the two previous games they put us under real pressure at the end of the games.
