The Club’s Ticket Office and AberDNA Membership services have been brought together into one central location, the Ticketing & Supporter Services Hub (formerly the Ticket Office), making it even easier for supporters to access tickets, rewards and membership benefits.
As part of this change, the AberDNA Hub has now closed. All AberDNA benefits and services can now be accessed directly through providing a single, streamlined point of contact for supporters.
What’s Changing?
Supporters should note the following updates:
Ticketing & Supporter Services Hub: Formerly the Ticket Office, is now the central point of contact for all Supporter queries.
AberDNA Hub Closed: All AberDNA Membership benefits can now be claimed via the Ticketing & Supporter Services Hub.
Updated Opening Hours: Revised opening times are now in place for phone and in person enquiries (see table below)
New Email Address: All Supporter email enquiries should now be sent to [email protected]
Phone Support Available: Fans can continue to contact the Club by phone (01224 63 1903) for all Supporter Services, including ticketing and membership enquiries during the revised opening hours
New “X” account: A dedicated account is now live to respond to supporter queries and provide service updates: @AberdeenFCHelp
Club Shop: The Club Shop hours remain unchanged.

Saturday Matchday opening hours will be extended to kick-off and supporters are advised to check the website for the latest opening hours prior to visiting.
Megan Waugh, Director of Supporter Services and Sales, believes the integration will improve efficiency and service delivery for fans.
“Bringing these services together allows us to provide a more joined-up experience for supporters,” said Megan.
“The changes helps simplify access to all products, including tickets and membership benefits, while ensuring our teams can continue to offer high-quality, efficient support across all channels.
“We are determined to provide industry leading Supporter Services to our fans, enabling clearer communication, faster response times and improved accessibility. This is the first step in improving the experience for all supporters with more improvements to be made.”
By combining services into the Ticketing & Supporter Services Hub, the Club aims to provide clearer communication, faster response times and improved accessibility for supporters.
