Toyosi Olusanya sat down with RedTV at Cormack Park on Tuesday afternoon to reflect on life so far as a Don, and to look ahead to our game against Kilmarnock at Pittodrie on Saturday.

"The mood around the place has been great. It’s been positive. The win against Hibs, it brought everyone closer together. I think leading up to that game as well, with the gaffer coming, he’s got us doing stuff together, we’re talking to each other more and everyone’s mixing in well and buying into what the gaffer’s saying. It's been really positive.
"Training is very full on. I’m used to it now because I’ve been with the gaffer for the past few years. When I first came to Scotland I was going home and napping after training, I’d never napped before!
"He’s full-on, intense, he makes it clear what he expects. There’s intensity and quality and everyone’s enjoying it.
"When he first came it was tough because he didn’t have much time, but a few weeks have gone by, we’ve been working on what he wants and you can see everyone getting an idea of what to do. It’s been good.
"Playing with Kevin is really good. We complement each other. He’s good with his back to goal, technical, links play. When defenders go to him, there’s space for me. And when I run, people think he won’t, but he pops up as well. We’re both a threat.
"I feel like I am getting back to my best, definitely. Fitness, sharpness, confidence, it all plays a part. You want to score goals, but I feel I offer more. It’s been a tough year with changes, but the last 4–6 weeks I’ve settled and it’s been really good. Hopefully I build on that.
"I think every game’s a pressure game for us. Every time we step on the pitch, we always want to win and we always think we need to win. Obviously, given the opposition in the league, we know that it’s a massive game. You want to keep the teams beneath you, beneath you, essentially.
"A home game again in front of the fans, they were brilliant at the Hibs game, they really speared us on.
"They are amazing, the vibe after the Hibs game, it is brilliant. They are so loud, you hear them at all points, we felt their energy. They kept us going in the tight moments in the game, and it was them being positive that led to us getting the second goal.
"Everyone was buzzing, and that is what they deserve."
