TICKET ARRANGEMENTS

If your tickets are to be collected at the ground, these will also be available to collect from the away ticket office from two hours before kick-off.

MATCH DAY SALES

Pay on the day will be available from our Away ticket office From 1pm. This is located at The Bill Shankly Kop Stand next to the turnstiles you will use to enter the stadium.

Cash and card are both accepted at the away ticket office, but on the concourses the stadium is cashless.

STREAMING

Preston North End are streaming Saturday’s match live via their Pay-per-View site, which costs £5. To purchase your match pass please click here

RedTV will have all the action & reaction from the game on Saturday evening.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Disabled and carer tickets must be booked via the AFC ticket office.

SAFETY MESSAGE

VENUE SECURITY All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of stadium staff, Steward or Police Officer.

INCURSIONS ON THE TRACK OR PITCH Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and arrest.

PYROTECHNICS Pyrotechnic devices such a flares or smokes are not permitted in the ground.

Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. These can seriously injure or kill you. Smoke alone can have serious health issues for asthmatics and those with bronchial or other health issues.

GROUND REGULATIONS Stewards and/or Police will be vigilant at the turnstiles and supporters should expect to be searched.

Deepdale is a smoke-free stadium and smoking is not permitted inside the ground. This includes ‘e-cigarettes’ and any other smoke emitting devices of a similar nature. • All banners and flags must have a fire safety certificate. • Banners and flags of discriminatory, political or commercial nature will not be permitted; • Banners and flags must not cover any signage or advertising, or obstruct the view of other supporters. • PNE will always accommodate banners and flags as best they can and will generally be located in an unoccupied area. Drums and Musical instruments • Contact must be made with the ground safety department before any instruments are allowed into the ground. • Generally, instruments must be played from the front row only. The ground safety department will advise accordingly. All bags will be searched. If you don’t need your bag, don’t take it. Both Clubs operate a zero‐tolerance policy towards racism. Inappropriate/offensive songs should not be sung and dependant on the content, could be followed up by the clubs and Police Scotland.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:- As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges. Reference should be made to the SPFL Rules regarding Unacceptable Conduct.
