Why have the thresholds been set at those levels for Phase One, Two and Three?
After careful consideration the Loyalty Point thresholds have been set at a level where we can give supporters in Phase One the best choice of tickets for this match, particularly for the South and North Stands. This has been done after taking into account the number of tickets that we are likely to sell and the time period in which we have to sell them.
Why can I only purchase 1 ticket per account?
Due to a historical high demand for areas of the stadium such as the North and South Stand, only one ticket will be allocated per account to ensure those who have built up Loyalty Points with the Club and qualify will get the best choice of seats. This process is put in place for all high demand matches. Each supporter should have their own unique account with their buying history detailed, for the vast majority of fans this is case.

How does the Loyalty Points system work?
At the start of the 2014/15 season we introduced a Loyalty Point scheme for Aberdeen supporters. Loyalty Points are awarded based on advance ticket purchases and are used to determine access to tickets for matches where there is high demand.
At the start of season 2016/17, points accrued during the 2014/15 season were dropped. Your Loyalty Points total will be made up of points from 2015/16 and 2016/17. For more information on our Loyalty Points scheme click here.
How can I add to my Loyalty Points?
Buying a five match package which takes in the remaining home matches of the league season will give you an additional 10 Loyalty Points.
Each Ladbrokes Premiership home and away game will give you 2 points and a seat on the AFC supporters bus gives you an additional 1 point.
