As preparations step up for the campaign ahead we can confirm that season ticket cards for the 23/24 season will be available to collect from 9.30am on Saturday 22nd July. All supporters will be issued with a new season card ahead of the 23/24 campaign. If you are unsure on whether you selected postage or collection please contact the Ticket Office via [email protected] Season Cards - Collections Supporters who opted to collect their season ticket cards will be able to do so from Saturday 22nd July. Collections will be available from the Pittodrie Ticket Office, open from 9.30am on Saturday 22nd July. We strongly encourage all supporters to collect their season ticket before Sunday 13th August. The Pittodrie Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm and Saturday 9.30am – 3pm. Season Cards - Postage Supporters who opted to have their season tickets posted can expect to receive their cards from week commencing 24th July. The Club has made a significant investment to partner with market-leading access control provider, TEAMcard, to improve the matchday experience for supporters at Pittodrie. By adopting TEAMcard’s latest technology supporters will benefit from a slicker experience when it comes to accessing the stadium via the turnstiles on matchday. The introduction of TEAMcard will speed up the process of scanning tickets at the turnstiles, reducing queue times and the need for intervention from turnstile staff. In the short term, this will be done using physical cards and tickets but in the medium term, the move will see all supporters benefit from an enhanced digital ticketing offering. The investment will see the existing ticket scanners at Pittodrie upgraded to make for a more user-friendly experience for Dons supporters and away fans. This implementation will be phased to ensure a smooth transition, meaning that all 2023/24 season ticket members will receive a season card for entry for the upcoming campaign. The plan will then be to phase in the new and improved mobile wallet functionality for all supporters throughout the 2023/24 season.
