Aberdeen FC Women have made another important signing with the capture of Adele Lindbaek who has today joined AFC Women until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old winger joins the Dons having previously played in the UK for Charlton Athletic in the FA Women’s Championship.
Adele is the fourth signing during the January transfer window, Jennifer Currie, Keeley Banfield and Lois Edwards having already helped bolstered the squad for the second half of the campaign.
“I am delighted to sign Adele,” said AFC Women’s manager Clint Lancaster.
“She is a creative player who will link up well with our forward line. She is confident in possession and will cause defenders real problems.
“I’ve no doubt she will be a positive addition to the squad.”
Adele will go straight into the squad for this weekend’s visit of Rangers at Balmoral Stadium on Sunday, kick off 2pm.
