The Opposition

Already relegated Hamilton will be looking to end their campaign on a positive note by grabbing their first win of the season.

They sit on two points from their 22 league games, draws coming against Montrose and Aberdeen, with a goal difference of -85.

Accies come into things off the back of two defeats at the hands of Motherwell, 4-0 and 3-0.

Tale of the tape

It is The Dons that have held the upper hand in meetings between the two this season.

Back in October we ran out as 5-0 winners. A 2-2 draw at New Douglas Park followed in February, before we returned in March to grind out a 3-2 victory on the road.

From the dressing room

"Now our place in the play-off is confirmed, we know we are all playing for our place in the team for that game at the end of May.

"Throughout the campaign our performances have fallen below where we want and need them to be, but now we need to put that behind us and prepare as best we can for that game at the end of the month.

"Training has been good, the girls have came back in after the Montrose game and worked hard. We know that hard work is what we need, nothing less.

"We have had some good results against Hamilton so far this season. To score five goals against them last time we played them at home, it shows we have the quality to go and win the game. We need a repeat performance on Sunday.

"It is so important that we can go into the play-off on a positive note with some good results and a bit of confidence behind us.

"Everyone that has came out to The Balmoral this season, we cannot thank them enough. We want to repay them on Sunday with an entertaining performance." Hannah Stewart.
