The international break is upon us once more with a selection of Dons in action for their country over the period. We take a look at what is in store before we return to club action:
Kevin Nisbet – Scotland
On-loan centre forward Kevin Nisbet’s fine run of form in recent weeks has saw him earn a recall to Steve Clarke’s Scotland side for their massive double header against Greece, with a place in the top division of the 2026 Nations League the reward if they can navigate the two-legged tie.
Kevin is joined in the squad by former Dons Scott McKenna, Ryan Christie, Kenny McLean and Lewis Ferguson, who has made his return to the national fold after injury saw him miss out of Euro 2024 action.

Oday Dabbagh – Palestine
Oday will compete in two World Cup Qualifiers with Palestine over the international break, they will take on Jordan and Iraq as they continue their World Cup qualifying campaign. Palestine currently sit bottom of third round group B, with three points in six games to their name.
Dabbagh has played 45 times for his country, and has found the net on 16 occasions.

Dimitar Mitov – Bulgaria
Dimi Mitov and Bulgaria are also in Nations League play-off action of their own, they take on the Republic of Ireland across 180 minutes to see who will earn a spot in league B.
Dimi and his country finished second in their League C group that contained Northern Ireland, Belarus, and Luxembourg. The Dons keeper will be hoping he can earn his 10th senior cap during the break.

Topi Keskinen – Finland U21s
Our Finnish winger will be representing his countries U21 side over the break with a couple of friendly matches, they take on their Georgia and Slovenia equivalents, both games taking in place in Turkey.
Topi, who has four senior caps to his name already, will be looking to get some more international minutes in the tank with the aim of being able to compete in the Under 21 European Championships in the summer, he played a part in helping his country qualify for the tournament earlier this season.

Slobodan Rubezic – Montenegro
On-loan defender Rubi will join up with Montenegro to begin their World Cup Qualifying Campaign. The centre-back, who will spend the remainder of the season at FK Novi Pazar in Serbia, will take part in home ties against Gibraltar and the Faroe Islands. The Czech Republic make up the four team group L.

Lewis Carrol, Fletcher Boyd, Cooper Masson – Scotland U17s
There is a trio of young Dons away with the Scotland U17s over the break with Cooper Masson a late call-up to join Lewis Carrol and Fletcher Boyd in Brian McLaughlin’s 20-man squad. The U18s will compete in three fixtures, all at Broadwood, and all UEFA League B Round 2 matches, as they compete for a place in League A.

Noah McDonnell – Northern Ireland U17s
U18s defender Noah McDonnell will join up with the Northern Ireland U17s during the break, with the Belfast born centre back looking to build on the three caps he has gained at the level already. They will also compete in three games, this time it is U17 Euro 2025 elite round qualifier action, they take on Slovenia, Israel and England to get their campaign underway.
