Development Squad Statement

Aberdeen FC announced on Friday that the following players have been released from the development squad: Goalkeeper Robbie Mutch, midfielders Jamie Henry, Dylan Thomas and Aaron Norris and striker Joe Nuttall will all be leaving the club. Paul Sheerin commented: “It is always an extremely tough time at this stage of the season when you have to let boys go. The majority of the players I have worked with since I arrived at the club three years ago. They have been with me throughout that spell and their attitude has always been first class.

Meanwhile goalkeeper David Craddock, defender Harlain Mbayo and striker Bruce Anderson, who last night was named the Aberdeen U20 Player of the Year, have all signed new deals for season 2017/18.
