Aberdeen Football Club is delighted to announce the return of the Craig Brown Memorial Trophy U16 Tournament for its fourth year, with Cormack Park once again set to host an exciting weekend of elite youth football. Taking place in on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September, the tournament continues to honour the legacy of former Dons manager, director and ambassador Craig Brown CBE, while showcasing some of the brightest young talents from across the UK and Europe. Building on the tremendous success of the previous three tournaments, the Craig Brown Memorial Trophy has quickly established itself as one of the premier youth football events in Scotland, attracting top academies and providing young players with the opportunity to compete in a high-quality environment. This year's tournament is proudly supported by Main Sponsor, TEXO, Official Matchball Sponsor, Fowler McKenzie and Transport Sponsor, Central Coaches, whose continued backing has helped the competition grow and strengthen its reputation within the youth game. Craig Brown was one of the most respected figures in Scottish football, enjoying an outstanding managerial career that included spells with both the Scottish national team and the Dons. Renowned for his commitment to player development and his passion for nurturing young talent, Craig's impact on the game continues to be felt throughout Scottish football. The Craig Brown Memorial Trophy serves as a fitting tribute to his enduring influence and reflects the values he championed throughout his career, providing young players with the opportunity to develop, compete and create memories that will last a lifetime. All supporters are encouraged to attend Cormack Park over the course of the weekend with the opening ceremony set to take place at 9.30am on Saturday 26th September, and the first set of matches due to kick-off at 10am. A full schedule can be found below. Park and Ride buses will be running for the duration of the tournament, and all spectators are asked to utilise the service. Saturday 26th September Shuttle bus will leave Kingswells every 30 minutes starting at 8.00am - 6.00pm. Last bus will leave Cormack Park at 6.00pm. Sunday 27th September Shuttle bus will leave Kingswells every 30 minutes starting at 8.00am - 3.30pm. Last bus will leave Cormack Park at 3.30pm.
