Following an allegation of a breach of Disciplinary Rule 81 by our player, Jack Milne, during January’s SPFL Premiership match with Livingston at Pittodrie, the Scottish FA convened a Disciplinary Tribunal which today notified the parties that the allegation was not proven. Throughout this process, Jack has consistently and vehemently denied the allegation made against him, and the Club has continued to support him during what has been a very difficult and distressing period for all involved. It goes without saying that Aberdeen FC condemns all forms of racism and discrimination unequivocally.

The Club now considers this matter closed and will make no further comment.
