Alfie has been involved with Tghe Dons since the age of eight, graduating through the SFA Performance School, was a standout at U18’s level in his first year as a full-time professional having netted 38 goals. He was rewarded with his first team debut in February 2023, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 3–1 win against Motherwell. Having arrived at Pittodrie from Dyce Boys’ Club, the striker, who is a Scotland U17 internationalist, followed in the footsteps of both his father and grandfather who has been heavily involved in the game in the North-east of Scotland. In September 2023, he joined Kelty Hearts on loan and netted his first senior goal for the League 1 side in their 4-1 victory over Edinburgh City. He joined Inverness CT on loan in January 2025 and re-joined them for the 2025-26 campaign.
