The AFC Youth Academy Parents Association held a fund raising dinner at the Aberdeen Marriott Hotel on Saturday 7th March.

Special guest speakers were Eric Davidson and Chick Young who went down a storm with the 160+ crowd, where a great night was had by all.  Auction prizes such as a signed 2014 Ryder Cup flag, hat and photo and items signed by Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo along with the top prize of the night, use of the AFC 1st Team bus for a day, helped to raise approximately £9000 and will go towards various youth academy projects.   Special thanks to all those that attended and also sponsored the event including Central Coaches, Glencraft, Bridge Industrial Supplies, RAM Tubulars, Keith FC, Original 106 FM, AFC Heritage Trust and of course AFC.

A special mention to MC on the night Dave Edwards and current U20 squad members and youth academy graduates, Michael Rose & Scott Wright who attended as guests of the association, and were a great help on the night!
