9.30am | The Club Shop
The Club Shop will be open from 9.30am on matchday.

9.30am | The Ticket Office
The Ticket Office will be open from 9.30am right up until kick-off, with ticket collection available from the Merkland Collection Point from 4pm.
Please note that the Ticket Office will be extremely busy as we approach kick-off. Please collect your tickets as early as possible to avoid long queues.

Matchday Travel with First Bus and Stagecoach
First Bus has recently moved to a new platform, which means the process for distributing free matchday bus travel has changed.
Supporters who have updated their preferences and opted in to receive free travel from First Bus will have received an email confirming that their account has been successfully linked to Aberdeen Football Club. The email also explains how mobile matchday tickets will be issued.
Your mobile matchday tickets will be available in the First Bus app and can be used on matchday.
Please note, to continue receiving free matchday travel from First Bus, you must update your preferences in your Dons Account 72 hours prior to matchday.
Stagecoach codes will continue to be distributed via email as usual.
3.15pm | Welcome the Dons to Pittodrie
Welcome the Dons to Pittodrie on matchday! Players will arrive at the stadium between 3.15pm - 4pm, head to to main entrance on Pittodrie Street to meet your favourite players for autographs and photos.
3.30pm | Alcohol Available to RDS Ticket Buyers
All Richard Donald Stand ticket buyers can join us from 3.30pm to soak up the matchday atmosphere. Supporters with RDS tickets can enjoy pre-match alcoholic drinks, served until 5pm (30 minutes before kick-off).

4.30pm | Turnstiles open
Turnstiles will open from 4.30pm on matchday.
The stadium is expected to be busy, so we would encourage everyone to arrive early so you don't miss any of the match!
4.30pm | Buchan Wealth Management Family Area
Families and kids can enjoy a special matchday experience tailored towards our younger fanbase in our designated Family Area in the Richard Donald Stand Upper, sponsored by Buchan Wealth Management.
You can find the Family Area in the Richard Donald Stand Upper, Blocks 5 & 6, enter the stadium through turnstiles under G13 and G14 on the Richard Donald Stand concourse.

With a large variety of hot and cold snacks available to purchase from kiosks around the ground, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Make sure you don't miss out on trying BaxterStorey's Pie of the Match, Lasagne! Look out for it all round the ground while stock lasts.
Pre-Match Displays
Get down to the stadium nice and early to soak up the pre-match atmosphere and help us kick-off the 2026-27 season in style.
From 5.25pm, the RDS and South Stand will feature a flag display. If there is a flag on your seat, please raise it high as the teams walk out to give the squad a Red Army welcome.
In the Red Shed, Ultras Aberdeen will display a large surfer banner.
To top it all off, a special pyrotechnics display will fire up in front of the RDS prior to kick-off. Please note, the controlled display will include smoke effects and loud bangs. Any supporters who do not wish to be present during the display should remain in the RDS concourse until it is finished.
Half-Time Performance | Two Stars on Our Chest
“Two Stars on Our Chest” is an original Finn Moray song featuring star of NBC The Voice Terry McDermott, and his band The Algiers, joined on the recording by Aberdeen legends John Hewitt, Jim Leighton and Neil Simpson.
The song will be performed live at Pittodrie to help promote the song that is raising funds for Aberdeen FC Community Trust and the Paul Lawrie Foundation.
AFCCT Matchday Draw
Support the vital work of Aberdeen Football Community Trust with their Matchday Draw!
Tickets cost £2 and can be purchased from the AFCCT Community Zone located on the RDS concourse, the stadium turnstiles and our Hospitality Lounges prior to kick-off on matchdays.
30% of the cash pot is up for grabs across two winners of 20% and 10% – the other 70% goes back into AFCCT to continue their work in the community across the North-East!
