Aberdeen FC Season Tickets for the 2026/27 campaign are now available to download directly to smartphone digital wallets.
The club continues to progress in an ongoing transition to a digital-first approach, with more than 80% of Season Ticket holders now using mobile ticketing, marking an 100% increase from last season.
For supporters who utilised the Digital Season Ticket during the 2025-26 season, the process for downloading and using the pass remains the same. With an influx of new digital users, the following step-by-step guide has been provided for those who need assistance.
For iOS (iPhone) users, passes download directly to the Apple Wallet, which is pre-installed on all iOS devices by default and requires no extra app download.
For Android users, passes download directly to the Google Wallet app, which is also a default application on Android devices.
Step-by-Step Download Guide
Go to tickets.afc.co.uk on a mobile web browser.
Log-in using the email address and password associated with your Dons account. Supporters who have yet to create a Dons account can find information on the process at this link.
Tap the initials visible in the top-right corner of the screen to open the sub-menu, then select 'Season Tickets'
The Season Ticket table will display your Season Ticket and those who you are strongly linked to via your Relationships list.
Under the Mobile Wallet Link you will see a red Download button, tap here.
Select either IOS (Apple) Wallet Download or a Google Play Download, depending on the device being used.
The Season Ticket will automatically open and save into your Apple or Google Wallet.
For those downloading via a desktop or laptop computer, the initial 5 steps remain the same. After navigating to the ticketing site, logging in, and selecting 'Season Tickets' from the profile menu, clicking
This QR code should then be scanned using the camera application on a smartphone, which will open a link to follow the remaining on-screen prompts and successfully save the digital ticket to the smartphone wallet.
Entering Pittodrie Using a Digital Season Ticket
Upon arriving at the turnstiles, supporters can scan into Pittodrie using a mobile device at the virtual reader.
You will have the option to use the contactless method (bottom left of the display, highlighted by the contactless symbol) or Scanning the QR code for the ticket on the bottom right of the display.
To bring up the QR code on an IOS device, tap the 3 dots at the top of the screen and select Pass Details, you will then see the QR code which can be scanned,
To bring up the QR code on an Android device you can tap the QR symbol at the top of the screen this will provide you with a QR code to scan for entry new digital users, instructions have been provided to assist with the setup for those who need assistance.
