Earlier this year, Aberdeen Football Club and Aberdeen FC Community Trust announced the formal launch of Every Don, a new joint community impact initiative designed to strengthen the Club's contribution across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and the wider North East.
Every Don has been developed to create a lasting legacy from the Club and Trust's joint Scottish Cup Trophy Tour, which reached almost 60,000 people. It now evolves into a broader, structured platform focused on delivering Moments That Matter across our region.
It formalises a shared commitment to ensuring that everyone, Every Don, regardless of background, circumstance or location, has the opportunity to feel connected to Aberdeen Football Club and share in the unifying power it can bring to our community.
Deserving Dandies is one way we'll put that idea into action. We're asking Dons fans to help us shine a light on fellow supporters across Aberdeen City and Shire who give more than they get back, whether that's a young person showing extraordinary resilience, a volunteer who never misses a shift, or a hometown hero who's achieved outstanding success in their field.
Nominated Dandies will be welcomed to Pittodrie for special experiences throughout the season, as well as a moment of recognition from their fellow Dons supporters on matchday, using the reach of AFC to create Moments That Matter.
