Aberdeen Football Club are currently looking for a part time Goalkeeping coach to work with our progressive Youth Academy coaching team and are inviting applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals who want to work in elite youth development.
AFC Youth Academy aims to provide talented young players with an elite level education and development programme which will allow them to reach their full potential in the game.
AFC Youth Academy are a 4 star ‘Elite’ level academy with age group teams at u10’s-17’s who participate within the ‘Elite’ tier (top 12 in Scotland) of Club Academy Scotland.
What the role offers
The role is part-time for which coaches are paid monthly as well as all of the following
1. The opportunity to be part of a highly regarded Youth Academy system 2. Mentoring support and guidance from the academy staff 3. A comprehensive professional support programme including membership of the AFC Coach Development group 4. Two AFC first team season tickets
The commitment is 1 training session per week (Thursday) plus the Club Academy Scotland matches on a Saturday/Sunday as required.
