Aberdeen Football Club are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to manage and coach within the Foundation Phase (Pre-Academy – U11s) of the Youth Academy.

Based at the Cormack Park training complex, this full -time role primarily involves overseeing the youngest age groups, assisting in the recruitment, and leading on the coaching programme to help each young player fulfil their potential in their early years of the Academy structure. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have responsibility to manage the five Pre-Academy development centres and the coaching staff from these centres and those working at the U9s, U10s and U11s age groups.

To apply for the position of Foundation Phase Manager, applicants must hold the relevant coaching of the Scottish FA Advanced Children’s Licence (or equivalent) and have a proven track record in coaching and managing within the foundation phase (primary school age).
