Aberdeen Football Club are looking to recruit an outstanding Head of Performance to lead and deliver the Club’s performance strategy across the First Team and the professional development pathway.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximising player availability, physical performance and long-term athlete development. The role requires an individual who has experience operating in a high-performance environment and aligning the delivery of the performance strategy with the playing philosophy adopted by the club.

We are inviting applications from interested individuals who are keen to work within a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The positions will involve occasional evening work and working matchdays.
