This Saturday, the Aberdeen FC Community Trust (AFCCT) celebrate over a decade of fantastic work in the community with the return of the AFC Community Trust Day.
And once again the Red Matchday team are supporting the partner charity of Aberdeen FC. To commemorate the occasion against Kilmarnock, Curtis Sport have produced a special limited-edition programme cover to celebrate their work. And sales from this programme will help raise funds for the Trust.
Alongside Red Matchday Issue 19, 365 limited edition copies will be produced with a special cover – to mark the number of days per year the Trust are out helping people in the North-east of Scotland. That work includes a variety of key areas includes Primary Education, Secondary Education, Football, Health and Wellbeing.
Schoolkids across the region were given the chance to design Saturday’s Red Matchday programme cover, as part of our celebration of Community Day.
It was a very tough decision this year, but the winning design came from Will Magee who is 11 years old, and goes to Dyce Primary School.

Will not only has his design on the limited edition cover, but has also won a VIP behind the scenes experience and he is a mascot on Saturday. Congratulations to Will and a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to enter the competition.
