As we celebrate AFCCT day on Saturday, we decided to give our resident artist Dolly Digital a well-earned rest and gave school children throughout the North-east of Scotland the special opportunity of designing the Red Matchday programme cover for the cinch Premiership game against Motherwell.

The winner, as well as having their designed placed on the front cover, making the programme a collector’s item, will also be joining us as our VIP guest at Pittodrie.

There are also 20 runners up prizes, who will receive a pair of tickets for the game against Motherwell.

From over 400 entries, these were the final six designs that were selected for consideration before the winner was picked by a panel comprising the AFCCT team, the programme editor and Dolly Digital. So many many congratulations to 11-year-old Katie Butchart from Kintore School.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and well done again to Katie.
