Peter Pawlett today spoke to RedTV ahead of the Dons trip to Celtic Park on Saturday.
“It was nice to get a weekend off. It has been a busy start to the season so it was good to get some rest and we are all raring to go again. It was nice to get rid of some of the bumps and bruises!
“Whatever Celtic team we play it will be a hard game. They made some good signings before the deadline. They still have a lot of other very good players so we know it will be a very tough game.
“Because of what happened last season (Peter’s form), it has not put any more pressure on me, it has given me the confidence to go and do it again. I know I have to kick on again this season.
“It is an expectation that I like and you want as a footballer.
“The aim for me is to score more goals this season as well as improving my overall game. I have scored two already and hopefully I can get more plus some assists.
“I know I am going to have to adapt my game at bit because teams are keeping a closer eye on me. I know I am going to have to make different runs and always be on the move.”
