Lewis Hutchison, who attends Bucksburn Academy, has previously been selected to represent Scotland in the Victory Shield competition will be joined by Joseph MacPherson from Cults Academy, when the Scotland squad travel to Stara Pazova in Serbia from the 7th to 14th of March.
Neil Simpson, Head of Youth Academy, said that ‘it is a great experience for both boys and we are delighted to see Joe join Lewis in the International scene. Joe fully deserves this opportunity having participated at U17 and U20 for Aberdeen FC this season. Lewis, who represented Scotland at the Victory Shield tournament in Wales, has continued his development over the past few months to see him once again being selected for the squad. Both players are a credit to Scott Anderson, Colin Walker and Chic McLelland who have helped develop the U17 squad this season.’
