The WildHearts Santa Run has become an annual festive fixture in Aberdeen, attracting hundreds of festive fun runners to Pittodrie every year

. Taking place on Sunday 8th December at the home of Aberdeen FC, the run follows a 6km route along the city’s beautiful beach front, finishing with a Santa-lap-of-honour around the pitch at Pittodrie. Participants are invited to run, jog or walk around the route with friends and family or as part of an office team, earning themselves the right to enjoy a guilt-free Christmas pudding! Children will be able to take part too – as WeeSantas – and enjoy being part of the festive fun with their families.

Entry to the Santa Run costs £15 for adults and includes a full Santa Suit (yours to keep). Children take part for £10 and receive a special Wee Santa T-Shirt and Santa Hat instead of the Santa Suit. Plus, all participants receive a medal and goody bag. Participants are encouraged to fundraise for WildHearts, a local charity that provides enterprise education in the UK and helps people live in poverty in the developing world.
