“It has been a tough week leading up to Sunday with three really hard games, but there’s no better way to prepare us for what’s coming on Sunday, and we’re really looking forward to it.
“Obviously we’re the underdogs, but that’s the way we kind of like it. I think it’s easy to say going into it that Aberdeen aren’t going to do anything in the game, but I actually think we’re really dangerous at the minute. I think that we can cause teams problems.
“We haven’t played them with our best team yet. I’m really excited to see what happens. The pressure’s on them. We’re just going to go out and enjoy it.
“I feel like at the minute we’ve got a really strong team, and anyone could come off the bench and make a difference. We can’t wait to have a go at it.
“We can cause teams problems. I think people will probably be thinking we’re going to go in there and camp out, but I don’t think that’s the way it will be. We fully intend to go and cause some problems in the final third. We have that danger now in the box, and we’ve got a strong midfield and a really strong back line. Everywhere on the pitch we can win our battles.
“Sunday is a first for so many of us. I think it’s important we go there and enjoy it. The pressure’s on them. They’re expected to win.
“There are no expectations on us, which, to be honest, is the best position to be in.
“We are gutted to not have Jess and Ellie on Sunday, but there are players on the bench that can come in and do an amazing job.
“I’m so happy I can be a part of this since coming in in January. I did not expect to be playing at Hampden, and I’m lucky that I’m not cup tied. It’s going to be a class experience.
“I think going forward, this team have got so much potential, even looking beyond this season. I think in the next few years; there’s no reason why Aberdeen can’t be competing with the top six. I know that’s kind of a big statement, but I do think in the future there’s absolutely no reason why we can’t get the players that will help us to compete.
“My Dad’s coming over with a few of his friends. My Mum was over this weekend so she’s going to miss it, but it is always nice to look up in the stands and see your family. For so many of the girls that are from Scotland, it’ll be so nice for them to look up in the stands and see their family watching them play at Hampden.
“I think I would be silly not to think about what it would be like to win. It would be special, and I think everyone has to go in with the belief that we can win or else there’s no point in stepping out onto the pitch.
“I’m going in with full belief that we can cause them problems, hurt them, and make it really difficult for them. I’ve no doubt if we make it really difficult for them, we’ll get a chance.
