“Friday night is a chance to pick up another three points which we will be looking to do. All we are focusing on is getting as many points on the board between now and the end of the season. That is our aim.
“We know that Friday night will be a hard game but as the game is at Pittodrie and we will have the fans behind us we are confident we can win the match.
“The form in the league is back to the way we want it. There were a couple of points dropped in the two home games over Christmas but we are still unbeaten in nine league games now. We just need to continue that form.
“We have had two good results against Dundee this season but you don’t look too much into that. It is a completely different game especially as Dundee are coming here in form. They come up here feeling confident and they are playing well. They have had some good results over the past few weeks.
“Dundee have a lot of good footballers and have a lot of quality in the team. Because of that they do play attacking football. A lot of teams come up here and sit in and make things difficult for us and it can be hard to break teams down. Paul Hartley wants his team to play football so they are dangerous and we have to counter that.
“We will have to be at our best but we have to be at our best for every game. We have not been at our best for a couple of games recently and have paid the price.
“Last week was a massive result for us under the circumstances.
“I am sure most people will expect Celtic to push on now but we can’t control that. We can only focus on what we do, starting with the game on Friday night.
“A lot of the boys enjoy the Friday night football. They enjoy playing football under the floodlights. I also believe we have a good record at Pittodrie on a Friday night so we want to keep that run going along with our unbeaten run.”
