With the domestic season now at a close and the European Championships just around the corner, there is an international window to look forward to at the start of June. Eight Dons are involved with their respective national sides, here is who is involved:
Connor Barron & Jack Milne – Scotland U21s
Two of our AFC Youth Academy Graduates, Connor Barron and Jack Milne have both been named in the Scotland U21 side. Connor is a mainstay in Scot Gemmill’s side, having previously captained the side, while Jack has earned his first call-up at this age group after making 11 first team appearances last campagin.

Jamie McGrath – Republic of Ireland
Ireland face a double header of friendly matches in June with Jamie McGrath once again joining up with his national side. Former Manchester United defender John O’Shea remains in interim charge of the Irish after taking charge of their games against Switzerland and Belgium in March.

Bojan Miovski – North Macedonia
Bojan has joined up with the Macedonia squad ahead of two friendly matches for his national side. The Lions face games against Croatia and Czechia who will both be preparing for the European Championships in Germany later in June. Bojan scored in the last international break against Moldova and has represented his country on 22 occasions.

Richard Jensen – Finland
Finland missed out on a place at the Euros after losing out in a Play-off to Wales back in March. Richard and the Finnish national side will face two friendly matches in June, with one of them being at Hampden Park as the final send off for the Scottish national side ahead of the European championships in Germany with the other game coming up against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal in Lisbon.

Slobodan Rubezic – Montenegro
Rubi is back in the Montenegro squad after missing out during the last international window due to injury. Since declaring his allegiance to Montenegro towards the end of last year, Rubi has three caps and scored once.

Luis ‘Duk’ Lopes – Cape Verde
Duk is back in the Cape Verde side after missing out of the past couple of squads. They face two 2026 World Cup Qualifiers against Cameroon and Libya with Cape Verde currently sitting second in their group having won once and drawn once.

Junior Hoilett – Canada
After enjoying a strong end to the campaign, Junior Hoilett has been named in the Canada squad as they play two friendly matches against the Netherlands and France. Junior has 62 caps for his national side and has scored on 16 occasions.
