As the season pauses for the second international break of the campaign, eight Aberdeen players are away on duty with their national sides. Connor Barron & Ryan Duncan - Scotland U21 Two of our Youth Academy graduates have once again been called up to Scot Gemmill's squad as the young Scots continue their UEFA Euro 21 qualification group with games against Hungary and Malta. Connor played for 77 minutes while Ryan came on as a late substitute as they narrowly lost their opening group game 1-0 against Spain.

Another graduate from our Youth Academy, Alfie netted for his loan side Kelty Hearts in their 4-1 victory over Edinburgh City. The Scotland U19 squad play two friendlies in Spain this week as they continue to prepare for their Euro 2024 qualifiers which start later in the year. Jamie came on as a substitute in Ireland's last match against The Netherlands which they lost 2-1 at the Aviva Stadium.
