AWAY STANDS IN USE

Aberdeen FC will be accommodated in the North Stand (brown tickets) and the North extension of the East Stand (red tickets) and one section of the East Stand (green tickets)

TURNSTILES OPEN

Turnstiles will open at 6.45pm. Please arrive as early as possible to allow for a safe entry. AFC Support will enter via turnstiles 1-4. That includes the East Stand away area.

CASH GATES

The away allocation is sold out. please do not attend without a valid match day ticket. There are no away ticket sales or cash gates on matchday.

ANY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Parking spaces at the stadium are available for Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis. There is no reservation of spaces in advance of the game.

WEATHER

9 degrees, 30% chance of rain and 5 – 10mph winds.

PARKING

Buses will park in the North Car Park. Once over the bridge at the stadium entry point, buses will be directed by Stewards. There is no public car parking at the stadium. Car parking is available in the town. Be mindful of any parking restrictions.

POST MATCH TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

No vehicles should leave the car parks until the pedestrian support has cleared the confines of the stadium and passed over the bridge leading to the town. Once this is clear traffic may be released from the car parks.

KIOSKS Cash and contactless.

Supporters in the North extension of the East Stand and East Stand section will use the kiosks beside East Stand Extension and behind North Stand.

DAMAGE TO THE SEATING AREAS

Any damage caused to seating will cost AFC, and that includes, toilets and other fitments.

GENERAL ADVICE

NO PYROS – Strictly no pyrotechnic devices to be taken to the game, ignited in any stand or to be thrown on to the pitch. Warning: dogs trained to detect pyrotechnics will be deployed at the game.

Do not enter trackside or pitch unless directed to do so in an emergency.

No surfing flags or excessively large poles. flags should not cover any advertising vomitories or stairwells/passageways. Flags should confirm to the relevant fire regulations. No flags to overhang advertising boards or cause obstruction or danger to other members of the public. The size and type of banner or flag is at the discretion of the home club Safety Team

No bottles or containers

Clubs reserve the right to refuse individuals who cannot be properly identified.

VENUE SECURITY

All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of stadium staff, Steward or Police Officer.

SMOKING/VAPING

The Stadium is a no smoking/vaping area.

SEARCHING

Supporters should expect to be searched. All bags will be searched. Please don’t take a bag unless totally necessary to speed up entry.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges. Reference should be made to the SPFL Rules regarding Unacceptable Conduct.

Unacceptable conduct is conduct which is violent, disorderly, or impacts on safety and includes any use or attempted use of any pyrotechnic device. Violent conduct includes any actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against any person, or intentional damage to property. Disorderly conduct includes any conduct which may intimidate or frighten any individual or group of people including our opponents, match officials, opposition fans, our own staff, stewards and office bearers. Conduct which stirs up or sustains, or is likely or is designed to stir up or sustain hatred or ill will against or towards individuals or groups of people because of: – Gender, Age, Colour, Race, Nationality, or Ethnic or National Origin,  Membership or presumed membership of a religious group or of a social or cultural group with perceived religious affiliation, Sexual orientation, Transgender identity and Disability. – Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or conduct – Displaying writing or any other thing which is threatening, abusive or insulting. The use of any pyrotechnic device is forbidden as their use is not only illegal but dangerous and threatening to the safety of those in the vicinity. The criminal aspect for the use of such devices not only carries hefty monetary penalties but also carries terms of imprisonment.
