“It is a big game. It is a while since we have had a game so we are all looking forward to it. It is always a tough game up there and with them doing well this season it makes it that little tougher because they are playing with confidence.

“The winter break has been a good thing. A number of the boys managed to get away and everyone is feeling refreshed.

“From a personal point of view all I want to do is get back playing. It has been very frustrating. It has been frustrating not just this season but from half way through last season as well. I have been working hard to get back to full fitness and now I am just desperate to play. I feel 100% now. I know in my head now that everything has been sorted and nothing will flare up again. The last two weeks of training have been really important for me and I am feeling great. I have been injured before and managed to get back to the levels I was playing at before so I know I can do it again.

“It is disappointing that we have lost Ryan. Even before he was playing in the first team you could see there was a lot of talent there but it is his decision and we wish him well.

“Second place in the league is achievable. The league is still very tight. We have got a very good squad. We have a great opportunity to do well.”
