“Tuesday night was another win under the belt. We now look forward to Saturday and continue to take it one game at a time.

“Against Partick we were disappointed to lose the goal. We feel we should have been a couple of goals up before that happened. I thought we played pretty well in the first half and created a good few chances.

“So we were disappointed at half time not to be ahead. And then to go behind was even more disappointing so to turn the game around shows the character we have within the team.

“Barry Robson came on and did really well. He has been a bit of an inspiration to the team in the past two games. Against Dundee United he showed what he is all about and did the same against Partick. His input shows the strength of the squad.

“Andy did really well to get us back into the game with his goal. It was a vital moment in the game. The way the game was going, we needed something to allow us to kick on. I always felt if we got the equaliser we would go on and win. I was obviously delighted when the second goal arrived so quickly after the first one.

“There is always pressure in football. There is always pressure on you to win games. There has been since I first started playing. The fans put pressure on you to win games and as footballers I think you should thrive on that. The position we are in is a strong position and the boys are all enjoying it.

“We need to put as much pressure on the opposition, especially in the home games and I am sure the fans will back us as much as they can. It is also up to us to do the business for them.”
