“Everybody is fine thankfully after the international break.

“Niall played 65 minutes the other night and came off so he’s good. Barry Robson is training today, Chris Clark is training today and Russell Anderson is also back. The only one who is still maybe a doubt is Calvin Zola.

“We’ve still got another couple of training sessions to get through before Saturday but since the start of the week signs with Barry have been very encouraging. You can’t ignore a player of his experience and quality in any game.

“It will be a tough game.

“I think both teams have had a decent start but again there have been big changes at both clubs in terms of personnel so it will take a bit of time for that to settle.

“Both teams will be looking to go and win the game. Both teams have had a lot of plaudits for the way they have played this season and both teams have introduced a lot of youngsters so there is a lot to look forward to.

“I think a healthy crowd helps as well. Our supporters have really responded again which I am really grateful for and know it’s all about going to win the game and it’s certainly one we’re all itching to get started.

“We’re look forward to the game. If it was kicking off in an hour it still wouldn’t be soon enough, we just really want to get going now. It’s set up for a good afternoons work and hopefully at the end of it we have three points in the bag.”
