Aberdeen tonight will return to Scotland after what has been a very successful week in the sun in Tenerife. The Dons training camp has allowed the players to work in excellent conditions and do some quality training. It has also allowed everyone in the squad to refocus their energy on the challenges which lie ahead during the final months of the season.
The Dons have eleven games left to play starting with the match against Motherwell next Friday night. For ticket information about the match please click here
Manager Derek McInnes is happy with the way the week has gone and is look forward to the season run in. “We want to keep improving on what we did last season and we will certainly look to improve our points tally. We are on course to do that but we need to finish the season strongly to show what we are capable of.
“There is still plenty to look forward to.
“The challenge now is to keep our performance levels as high as possible until the end of the season and see where it takes us. Aberdeen teams should always be doing that and going into every match setting out to win. We want to secure European football and improve upon last season.”
The club again would like to thank all the staff at T3 for their hospitality this week.
