It was the Dons last day in Cork. The player trained on Sunday morning before heading to the airport at lunchtime. Aberdeen will now continue their pre-season training at home and pre-prepare for their next friendly which is against Paul Hartley’s Falkirk at Gayfield on Wednesday.

The club would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Fota Island Resort for their assistance and amazing hospitality throughout the week. Thanks also to yesterday’s opponents Cobh Ramblers and we wish them all the best for the remainder of their season.
