Ahead of tomorrow's William Hill Premiership opening fixture, Kevin Nisbet has been named as Aberdeen FC Captain for season 2026-27, with Brad Lyons named as Vice Captain.

Nisbet, a Scottish Cup winner with The Dons, has made 86 appearances to date for the Club, scoring on 31 occasions.

Lyons swapped Kilmarnock for Aberdeen earlier this summer, after spending season 2025-26 as captain of the Rugby Park club. Congratulations, both.
