The 26 year-old central defender, was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne but he qualifies for Northern Ireland through his father who is from Belfast.
Callum will join fellow Don Niall McGinn in the squad.
Callum signed a one year deal with Aberdeen over the summer and although he is yet to make his first team debut for the Dons due to an injury picked up in pre-season, he has played the last two Development League games.
