Aberdeen have been drawn to play St Mirren at Pittodrie in the Betfred Cup Second Round. The draw took place at Tynecastle following today’s clash between Hearts and Inverness Caledonian Thistle. The match will take place on the weekend of the 17th/18th/19th August. THE MANAGER’S REACTION “Pleased to get a home tie although it is obviously going to be tough as they are a good side. “They have changed quite a bit since we played them in the Scottish Cup last season but it will be good to catch up again with Cammy Smith and Jamie Langfield.
