“For the year that we’re talking about up until May 2025, it has been hugely positive in so many ways. We’ve broken numerous records throughout the year in terms of attendance and equalling the best run of form on the pitch over a period of time which was highly successful.
“Clearly football is not always linear and at times it’s been a bit up and down. We’ve gone through our tough times as well. The 24th May 2025 will forever be etched in my and everybody else’s brain was a phenomenal and fantastic day in memory that will live forever and the next day as well in Aberdeen.
“On the pitch, broadly speaking the year has been really, really good, obviously it could’ve been better in terms of the league. We started off on fire and just couldn’t quite maintain that.
“Off the field as well it has been hugely positive for us in terms of some of the numbers that we’re starting to churn out now commercially at the club, we’re really starting to build up ahead of steam on the commercial revenues, retail revenues, club memberships and so many others. They are the measurables that I look at as CEO and the board look at constantly in terms of our performance indicators.
“From that point of view it is a really, really successful year that gives us a good springboard into hopefully future years.”
