Aberdeen FC Women have made another triple addition to their squad ahead of Sunday’s SWPL 1 opener.

Joining the Dons is Briana Salvetti, Lola Nesbeth, and Selin Cemal, subject to international clearance.

Salvetti swaps the United States for Scotland and heads across the pond after spending the last four years with the Saint Mary’s College of California Women’s Soccer Team.

The 5 foot 9 forward, a California native, enjoyed a successful spell at the NCAA Division 1 school, and was named in the All-WCC Second Team (2023), recognition as one of the standout players in the West Coast Conference.

Lola Nesbeth will also join her at Cormack Park for the season ahead.

An exciting attacking midfielder, the 19-year-old is already a full internationalist with the Jamaica Women’s team after making her debut for the Reggae Girlz in late 2025.

Nesbeth joins the Dons following her departure from Chelsea, where she was part of the FA Youth Cup winning U16 side, after also spending time in the Arsenal Academy set up.

Lastly, Selin Cemal joins the pair switching London for the North-east.

The 19-year-old defender arrives on a season-long loan from West Ham United.

Cemal, a U19 internationalist with Türkiye, joined the Hammers in 2025 after also spending time in the Chelsea and Arsenal Academies.

The defender made her senior West Ham debut in a League Cup game against Charlton Athletic in September 2025, going on to make four senior appearances across 2025/26.

She received her first call up to the Turkiye U23s squad in November of the same year.

Head of Women’s and Girls’ Football Nathan Flight is pleased to strengthen his squad.

He said: "I am really happy to welcome Briana, Lola, and Selin to the Club. They are hard workers who will add quality & composure to the team whilst having personalities and experience which will help our younger players to develop and improve.

“In Briana, we have an exciting forward player who has enjoyed big success in the USA college system. Briana blends strong attacking movement & goal contributions with a strong work ethic - positioning her to be an effective player for us on and off the ball.

“Lola brings technical excellence and a grit to our midfield. She is comfortable receiving the ball in all situations and can become a player who contributes to our attacking play in a big way with her vision.

“As a current Jamaican international, Lola brings another type of experience to the group which can increase the level of the team.

“Selin is a consistent defender who is comfortable playing line breaking passes whilst being a good 1v1 defender. Leadership and communication are key parts of her game, with these skills proving very valuable to our group."
