Rumsby, Duguid, McMahon, Gibbons and Rose pen new deals
A further quintet of the Aberdeen U20s have been awarded contract extensions for the 2013/14 season with Michael Rose, Matthew McMahon, Kieran Gibbons, Craig Duguid and Scott Rumsby all putting pen to paper on new deals.
All the players have impressed greatly during their time at the club and will be hopeful of impressing the new management team next season.
Michael Rose and Scott Rumsby are both central defenders, Kieran Gibbons and Matthew McMahon are midfielders and Craig Duguid is a left back. Michael, Scott, Kieran and Craig have all been in excellent form this season for Neil Cooper’s side while Matthew has been battling back from a serious injury sustained on International duty with Nothern Ireland.
Stephen O’Neill and Craig Murray were given contract extensions in January, Craig Storie and Danny Rogers also signed new deals recently and Cammy Smith and Declan McManus have signed long term deals. All these players will be available to play at U20 level next season.
