season average over 13,000
Everyone at Aberdeen Football Club would like to say a big thank you to the Red Army for the support at yesterday’s game and for your support during the season.
There have been some incredible moments during the campaign, some real highs as well as a few disappointments, but throughout the season the support you gave the players was phenomenal.
Writing in RedMatchday Russell Anderson said “The support we’ve had this year has been exceptional, not just in the biggest games but all over the country, all kinds of games, day and night. We all understand how much supporters have to sacrifice in time and money to follow us and believe me, it is very much appreciated by everyone in the changing room.
“Thanks for your support throughout the last year. Have a great summer and we’ll see you back at Pittodrie for a new season soon.”
Yesterday’s crowd brought the home attendances for the season to 235,525 for the 18 home games which gave an average of 13,085.
