The club can confirm Mark Gallagher will be joining Cliftonville FC on loan for the rest of the season.

The 20-year-old spend the first half of the campaign on loan at Forfar Athletic, making 17 appearances and scoring two goals for the League Two side.

Mark joined the Dons in January 2020 from fellow Premiership side Ross County, with the Newcastle-born youngster signing a two-and-a-half-year deal. The central midfielder had made his first team debut for the Dingwall club during the 2018/19 campaign.

The Englishman joins fellow Dons loanee Luke Turner at the NIFL Premiership side. The central defender, who is also a Republic of Ireland Youth International, joined Cliftonville on a season long loan in August.
