Aberdeen striker Declan McManus this evening made his first start for the Scotland U21s in Switzerland.
Cameron King scored deep into injury time to help Scotland Under-21s to a 1-1 friendly draw with Switzerland. The Norwich City midfielder came off the bench net on his first appearance for the under-21s after Araz gave the Swiss the lead after 43 minutes. The match was the squad’s first a team made up of players born in 1994 or later as the preparations for next year’s UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifiers began.
