Dons Cash is AFC’s rewards programme designed to reward and incentivise supporters for their purchases with the club.
Dons Cash follows a similar format to many well-known rewards programmes and all Season Ticket and AberDNA Members are automatically enrolled.

There is no minimum redemption amount.

We will send reminder emails before balances expire.
Dons Cash is earned on actual spend after any Dons Cash redemption.
Example: Use £20 Dons Cash on a £50 purchase = earn rewards on £30 only.
Dons Cash is awarded to the eligible ticket holder, not the purchaser.
Returned or refunded items will not earn Dons Cash.
Any pending balance will be removed once a refund is processed.
Dons Cash cannot be earned on:
Alcohol
Match Programmes
Sale Items
Items where proceeds are donated to AFC Community Trust or AFC Heritage Trust
Postage and Packaging
Dons Cash cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
Yes — Dons Cash replaces TicketCash.
Priority Points remain unchanged.
No — AberDNA Junior Members are not eligible.
