Forward Eva Thomson made her Aberdeen debut on 4 August 2019 against East Fife in SWFL Division 1 – North.
Born on 26 June 2004, Thomson joined the club from Westdyke Ladies, where she progressed through the youth system. She signed for Aberdeen in July 2019 and was among the first group of players to agree semi-professional terms in May 2022. She later extended her contract in June 2024, committing to the club until summer 2026.
During her first full season (2019/20), Thomson made three appearances in all competitions. Her involvement increased in 2020/21, where she made 18 appearances and scored 10 goals. She continued as a regular in 2021/22, recording 34 appearances and six goals, followed by 16 appearances in 2022/23.
In 2023/24, she made 29 appearances across all competitions, before adding 35 appearances and eight goals in 2024/25. During the 2025/26 season, she has made 25 appearances in all competitions.
Across her Aberdeen career to date, Thomson has made 190 appearances and scored 38 goals in all competitions.
At international level, Thomson has represented Scotland at youth level, including the under-16 age group.
