Craig Hinchliffe joined Aberdeen Football Club as Head of Goalkeeping in 2024, bringing over 17 years of coaching experience across Scottish football.
A former goalkeeper, he played for clubs including Arbroath, St Mirren and Partick Thistle, where he also began his transition into coaching. Hinchliffe has since held goalkeeping coaching roles with Motherwell, Dundee United and St Johnstone, where he worked closely with current Dons goalkeeper Dimitar Mitov. At Pittodrie, he will lead the development and performance of the Club’s goalkeepers as part of the first-team coaching staff.
