9.30am | The Ticket Office
The Ticket Office will be open from 9.30am right up until kick-off, with ticket collection available from the Merkland Collection Point from 10.30am.
Please note that the Ticket Office will be extremely busy as we approach kick-off. Please collect your tickets as early as possible to avoid long queues.

Matchday Travel with First Bus and Stagecoach
First Bus has recently moved to a new platform, which means the process for distributing free matchday bus travel has changed.
Supporters who have updated their preferences and opted in to receive free travel from First Bus will have received an email confirming that their account has been successfully linked to Aberdeen Football Club. The email also explains how mobile matchday tickets will be issued.
Your mobile matchday tickets will be available in the First Bus app and can be used on matchday.
Please note, to continue receiving free matchday travel from First Bus, you must update your preferences in your Dons Account 72 hours prior to matchday.
Stagecoach codes will continue to be distributed via email as usual.
9.45am | Welcome the Dons to Pittodrie
Welcome the Dons to Pittodrie on matchday! Players will arrive at the stadium between 9.45am - 10.30am, head to the main entrance on Pittodrie Street to meet your favourite players for autographs and photos.
11am | Turnstiles open
Turnstiles will open from 11am on matchday.
Please note that the RDS fan zone will not be in operation for this match as it is a Category A fixture.
The stadium is expected to be busy, so we would encourage everyone to arrive early so you don't miss any of the match!
11am | Buchan Wealth Management Family Area
Families and kids can enjoy a special matchday experience tailored towards our younger fanbase in our designated Family Area in the Richard Donald Stand Upper, sponsored by Buchan Wealth Management.
You can find the Family Area in the Richard Donald Stand Upper, Blocks 5 & 6, enter the stadium through turnstiles under G13 and G14 on the Richard Donald Stand concourse.

11.50am | Red Shed Display
Supporters in the Red Shed are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time and get involved in the pre-match display from 11.50am. Please prepare your flags or scarves as we get ready to welcome the team to the pitch!

AFCCT Matchday Draw
Support the vital work of Aberdeen Football Community Trust with their Matchday Draw!
Tickets cost £2 and can be purchased from the AFCCT Community Zone located on the RDS concourse, the stadium turnstiles and our Hospitality Lounges prior to kick-off on matchdays.
30% of the cash pot is up for grabs across two winners of 20% and 10% – the other 70% goes back into AFCCT to continue their work in the community across the North-East!
'Here to Help' SET Team Members
The Aberdeen FC Supporter Engagement Team is dedicated to enhancing the matchday experience for supporters. They are available to assist with directions, information, and friendly chats during matches.
Please note, supporters are politely reminded use of pyrotechnic smoke devices inside and outside the stadium is prohibited and the use of these objects is endangering themselves and others. Anyone caught in possession or using a pyro device will face criminal action and will be banned from Pittodrie.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR | PITCH INCURSIONS, MISSILES & PYROTECHNICS
PYROTECHNICS: It is an offence for a person, without reasonable excuse, to possess a pyrotechnic article while the person is in a public area or at a designated venue or while at a designated event.
Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. These can seriously injure your or kill you. Smoke alone can have serious health issues for asthmatics and those with bronchial or other health issues.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Weapons, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety.
No items should ever be thrown within the seating decks or on top the trackside or pitch.
THROWING OF OBJECTS:
Do not throw any objects, especially over the segregation and trackside fences.
CONTROLLED CONTAINERS: It is a criminal offence for any person to enter or attempt to enter the Ground: whilst in possession of a container or any other item which is or was capable of holding liquid or any other thing and which, if thrown, would be capable of causing injury to another person; or whilst in possession of alcohol; and/or 3 whilst drunk.
INCURSIONS: Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and arrest.
SMOKING/VAPING: The seating decks and concourses are designated no smoking areas, and this includes E-cigarettes.
DAMAGE: Any damage caused to seating will cost your club, and that includes, toilets and other fitments.
FLAGS: No surfing flags or excessively large poles unless agreed by the host club. Flags and banners must conform to the relevant fire regulations. No flags to overhang advertising boards or cause obstruction or danger to other members of the public. The size and content of the flag is at the discretion of the home club Safety Team.
VENUE SECURITY: All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of stadium staff, Steward or Club Staff Member.
GROUND REGULATIONS – UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges.
Aberdeen FC operate a zero‐tolerance policy towards racism. Inappropriate/offensive songs should not be sung and dependant on the content, could be followed up by the clubs and Police Scotland.
