This week is the third anniversary of the arrival of manager Derek Mcinnes to Pittodrie.
To mark the occasion and to coincide with the launch of the Stand Free season ticket campaign, RedTV has conducted three in depth interviews with the gaffer, skipper Ryan Jack and the Dons number three Graeme Shinnie. All the interviews will be available at some point over the Easter weekend to view.
The international break allowed Derek, Ryan and Graeme a chance for some reflection but all three also look ahead to the future and talked about the importance of the Red Army.

“We can be pleased with the work the players have done over the past three seasons.
“Two years ago we won the cup and what a great occasion that was. But we said then and we say now we hope that is not the only trophy we will celebrate here. I firmly believe we have the potential to go and win more.
“In the past six seasons there have been six different winners of the league cup including ourselves. Any team can go and win a cup. It however takes a very strong team with a lot of qualities to amass the amount of points we have managed to do over the past few seasons.
“The consistency of the team has been really pleasing along with the competitiveness shown every Saturday.
“We are pleased with where we are and the players deserve a lot of praise, there is a lot of effort been put into that from everyone over the past three seasons.
“However we will always look to keep improving and hopefully I will be sitting here next year reflecting on further successes and still talking about the team in glowing terms.
“We wanted the fans to come back but not out of blind loyalty. Yes we wanted a winning team but we wanted to put a team on the pitch that supporters wanted to see.
“We have had more good days that not. We have put out a team on the pitch that always go out to win. We always try and play the right way. It is a team who I can trust and I think the supporters feel the same way as I do. I look forward to 3.00pm on a Saturday.
“I know the supporters will always want the club to strive for continuous improvement. I think we have seen that on the pitch. I think we have seen that off the pitch. We want that to be demonstrated even further both on and off the pitch.”
