Manchester United are the winners of the Craig Brown Memorial Trophy 2026 after an exciting second day of action at Cormack Park. United were the standout side throughout the weekend and become the first English side to win the competition. First things first on Sunday morning: the final round of group matches. Preston North End (2-0 vs Motherwell), Rangers (2-0 vs Dundee), Celtic (2-0 vs Aberdeen), and most notably Dyce BC emerging victorious, beating group winners Shamrock Rovers, also 2-0.

Swansea City and Staebaek IF shared the spoils (2-2), as did Manchester United, group A winners, and Larne (1-1). The Dons were forced to settle with a 4th place finish in group A after their early morning defeat to Celtic, United and Preston NE leading the pack. Rangers, Shamrock Rovers, and Dyce made up group B’s top three. It was to be an all-English final, Manchester United beating Shamrock Rovers 1-0, Preston defeating Rangers on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the Semi-finals.

Elsewhere, Swansea City won the 11/12th play-off, Stabaek IF the 9/10th and Dundee the 7/8th, beating Aberdeen on penalties. In the 5/6th, Dyce BC capped off a remarkable weekend by defeating Celtic in the shootout. Shamrock Rovers earned third spot, emerging as 1-0 winners against Rangers. Manchester United showed the same quality they had showed all weekend in the final, beating Preston NE 4-1 to earn their rightful title as winners.

Mane Soares (Manchester United) took home player of the tournament, Michael Ihmig (Rangers) was top scorer, and Ben Flood (Preston NE) was awarded goalkeeper of the tournament. To see the final scores and standings in full, please click here.
